LEICHT Scottsdale is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Designer to join our growing team. As a leader in luxury German cabinetry, we are looking for a design professional who can confidently manage high-end kitchen and bath projects from concept through completion.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client design meetings from initial consultation to final presentation with professionalism and confidence

• Design custom kitchen and bath layouts using the LEICHT product line (designed in Metric System)

• Stay current on interior design trends and translate them into innovative, functional designs

• Collaborate with clients, architects, builders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Review architectural plans and convert measurements into metric for design purposes

• Willingly learn proprietary design software to create precise, detailed presentations
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design (high-end/luxury experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in or willingness to learn metric-based design systems

• Interest and ability to quickly learn LEICHT’s design software and standards

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with a strong background in creating precise, detailed construction drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in kitchen and bath design, an understanding of cabinet construction, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical plans for manufacturing and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation using CAD (AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar software)

• Interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate construction documents

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of plans

• Prepare shop drawings, elevations, sections, and installation layouts

• Incorporate metric measurements and European design standards as needed

• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, client specifications, and LEICHT’s manufacturing standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of drafting experience in kitchen and bath or architectural millwork

• Proficient in CAD software and technical drawing creation

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and installation techniques

• Familiarity with metric system and European cabinetry design is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
