LEICHT Scottsdale is seeking a highly motivated entry to mid-level Designer to join our growing team. As a leader in luxury German cabinetry, we are looking for a design professional who can confidently manage high-end kitchen and bath projects from concept through completion.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client design meetings from initial consultation to final presentation

• Create custom kitchen and bath layouts using the LEICHT product line (metric-based system)

• Learn and work within proprietary design software to produce precise and professional presentations

• Collaborate with clients, architects, builders, and internal teams to bring projects from concept to completion

• Stay current on design trends and incorporate them into innovative, functional cabinetry solutions

• Review architectural plans and convert measurements into metric for design purposes

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent design experience)

• Prior experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, or space planning is a plus, but not required

• Strong design eye with a passion for luxury and modern interiors Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn new design tools and adapt to LEICHT’s standards

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with a strong background in creating precise, detailed construction drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in kitchen and bath design, an understanding of cabinet construction, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical plans for manufacturing and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation using CAD (AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar software)

• Interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate construction documents

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of plans

• Prepare shop drawings, elevations, sections, and installation layouts

• Incorporate metric measurements and European design standards as needed

• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, client specifications, and LEICHT’s manufacturing standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of drafting experience in kitchen and bath or architectural millwork

• Proficient in CAD software and technical drawing creation

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and installation techniques

• Familiarity with metric system and European cabinetry design is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
