A Timeless Modern Transitional Kitchen
This kitchen features a thoughtfully designed two-height island that subtly separates drop-off space from the main prep and cooking area. Classic white countertops bring a crisp, clean look, balanced by the warmth of white oak-inspired cabinetry. The layout maximizes flow and functionality without sacrificing style—proof that a well-planned island can make a big impact, even in a more refined footprint.
A few tasteful details elevate this space. An integrated herb display adds a fresh, organic touch—both visually appealing and practical for home chefs. Nearby, a sleek iPad and cookbook holder is perfectly positioned for following recipes hands-free, making it easy to transition from inspiration to execution. These subtle additions reflect a kitchen designed not just for looks, but for the way people really live and cook.
Luxury Modern Transitional Kitchen
Tucked beneath the staircase, a custom-built hutch adds both charm and function to the home. This wasn’t a standard install—the angled space required a creative design solution and an expert team to bring it to life. Every detail had to be carefully measured and executed to fit seamlessly within the architectural constraints, turning an overlooked nook into a highly functional storage area. The result is a beautifully integrated piece that feels intentional, adding character while maximizing every inch of available space.
To bring both function and personal expression into the space, we designed a custom display cabinet nestled seamlessly between the appliances, creating a natural focal point.
Nearby, bespoke bar shelves were tailored specifically to showcase our client’s collection of spirits — a subtle yet striking way to honor their lifestyle while maintaining the kitchen’s clean, cohesive aesthetic.
